Step 4 – My Editing
In the course of the editing or proofreading, all corrections, annotations and explanations are carried out directly in the file.
For Word files (doc, docx), InDesign and ShareLaTex, the „Track changes“ function is activated so that you can easily see all corrections and adaptions.
In the case of PDF files, the areas to be corrected are color-coded and the required corrections are added in the form of comments.
In the case of PowerPoint files, the corrected words and passages are also marked with comments.
